I just had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life, the quickest and most painless at Beaver County Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Troy Duarte was my salesman and Justin Dominic Did my financing both of them went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I want with the best possible price and the best deal available. They have earned me as a customer for life!!!

I took my Jeep in for 2 recalls, oil change, tire rotation and a heat issue. All they told me was that they can not find the heat issue and repeatedly ask if the service guy can drive my jeep home. I repeatedly told them no, forget about the heat issue. After 5 days at the shop they said it's ready for pick up. From what I can tell they did 1 recall and nothing else. I took my Jeep to Diehl of Moon and they made all the repairs including my heat issue. Beaver county Jeep has no issues lying to it's customers. Zero stars. Waste of Time – Poor Communication I called weeks in advance to schedule service and explained everything up front. I specifically asked if they worked on medium-duty trucks because I have a Ram 5500 with a factory extended warranty. I gave them the year, make, and model, and they confirmed they could handle it. Based on that confirmation, I scheduled an appointment and arranged to leave my truck there for an entire week to get several repairs done—most of which were covered under warranty. After dropping the truck off and leaving town for the week, I find out they aren’t even a franchised Ram 5500 dealer and can’t perform the warranty work they told me they could do. No real apology either—just excuses about how “the guy who told you that was new.” That’s not the customer’s problem. I

(1 code) Follow me now…He was quoted a price to have his truck put on the machine after 2 to 3 days of no call from the service department he called and was informed the phone number was wrote down incorrect and was told the truck needed further testing he authorize this, (not knowing that it will be a ridiculous amount, after the fact) he was under in the impression that is still under the previous price quoted the new balance went from 149+ tax to $900 seems a little ridiculous and was told he needs a new engine. I've bought several cars from this dealership. Up until this point all my experiences have been positive. However during my most recent interactions I encountered resistance. Rick was very attentive, professional, and a class act. But the issues came from management, you see this time just like in previous visits I intended to buy multiple vehicles at once, and was evrn willing to concede some of what I was looking for to remain loyal to the dealership I've done business with so many times in the past. However Elio, would end up allowing $2000 HE overpaid on a 23 promaster to stop us from proceeding with $120k in transactions.
