I can not say enough about Beaverdam fleet service. I have a brand new 2025 Peterbilt that needed towed over 2 hours away for repairs. Communication was on point and on time took extra good care of my truck. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
Terrible customer service… don’t call if you need emergency road assistance. Called to get an estimate on a tire for roadside, a very rude response and Refuse to do the road call.
They were dispatched to me because my truck wouldn't start. They arrived earlier than the estimated time. Once the issue was diagnosed, a tow was necessary. Cory took care of everything. He went above and beyond to tow my company truck 100 miles back toward my shop. The tow truck was clean and comfortable. I didn't even mind the country music! My only complaint was that he didn't allow me to have my drink in the cab. Fortunately, his driving didn't require my drinking. Lol Thanks fellas!
Don’t go this place. They estimates $1050 for trailer door hinge . I got $250 at a different location. This shop is scammers
