Beeline Motor Club in Santa Cruz was absolutely fantastic to work with. My 2004 MK4 R32 was rear ended back in October '25 and we had Beeline take care of the body work for us. They fought for me with insurance and got the quality parts that that car needed to get back on the road. They popped the dent out of the rear hatch, installed a brand new bumper, painted them in house, and the pain is basically a perfect match to the rest of the car. While they had my R32, I also asked them to upgrade the brakes and add an entirely new suspension system. They found parts that didn't brake the bank and were able to install those quickly and efficiently. Really happy with their work and communication as the work progressed. Car feels amazing. I had the front and rear suspension rebuilt on my 1975 Porsche 911 Carrera. The staff at Beeline Motor Club were courteous and technically competent professionals that got the job done in a timely manner while ensuring the job performed was of the highest quality level. Take it for granted that the team and mechanics at Beeline are exceptional in their knowledge and what they do, because I am going to tell you about all the things that Set Beeline apart after that. The first thing you notice is their concierge customer service. They truly take the time to listen, understand, and offer informed guidance. And they show their individual appreciation in details that will spoil me if I ever need to go anywhere else. I am ruined. Then there is the expression of true partnership between their team, the client, and the car. Great experience with recent service on my 550i. Beeline is a cut above every other European shop in the area. They were also competitive with other shops for same service but were far more convenient with plenty of parking space. They also provide a free uber drop off which makes things even easier. I never worry about leaving my cars with their team and like how they don’t jam you into a small parking lot and waiting room. Being a former tech it’s easy to pick up on the shop organization, cleanliness and attitude of techs and service writers which is great. This is not a grind/ high volume shop.

It’s always a challenge to find a trustworthy service shop, especially being new to Santa Cruz. BUT from the start with my first conversation with Reece and then walking in the shop that is super clean and organized. The attention to detail, thorough communication and quality work is on point. Reece, Bobby and the entire crew at Beeline are amazing. Reece was honest and gave updates on the service and what is needed before moving forward. Created a peace of mind and trust.
