These scum bags repossessed my car after final bill of sale from my private property. I don care the original owner never got paid. I should never have given you guys the key so you can release that back. I should have been able to sue you and everyone but you are all luck no consumers lawyer wants to take this case.

SCAM!! Not sure how this is even legal. This company RANDOMLY tows cars for no reason...even from private properties. You will have no recourse - you have to pay them to get your car back despite it being a scam. Owner is rude and evil. How the police does not get involved is baffling. If this happens to you...FILE A COMPLAINT WITH Florida Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection - this needs to stop. How people make a living scamming others is dispicable - i'm sure the owner sleeps well regardless.....piece of work.

PLEASE READ!! Florida law says they have to release your car within 1 hour of request outside business hours. Don't let them tell you no!! It's the law!! 3a? No worries! Call on repeat until they answer. Demand your car with in 1 hour. AFTER 6 HOURS THEY CAN CHARGE YOU FOR STORAGE. GET YOUR CAR ASAP

If I could give 0 stars, I would! These people illegally and inaccurately towed my car this morning. Despite my car being registered, I still got towed! Which cause me to be late to work because they don’t even open until 8am so I had to wait for my car!! And then the guy that works there took no type of accountability or showed any remorse, instead he got hostile with me!! How do you beat me mad because YOU inaccurately towed my car?? And then had the nerve to try and threaten me. Worse towing company ever!!!!!

My vehicle was repossessed by this company on October 31, 2025, and when I went to pick up my personal belongings on November 4, 2025, I discovered that several valuable items were missing from inside the car — including my camera, microphones, drone, sunglasses, and other electronics totaling over $1,300 in value. I’ve filed a police report and reached out to the company, but so far have not received any resolution or explanation. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional to have personal property go missing while a vehicle is in their possession. If your vehicle is ever handled by this company, be sure to document everything and remove your belongings beforehand.
