I had an excellent experience at Bell Collision Center, and I can’t say enough good things about Shawna. From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and truly attentive to all of my needs. Shawna took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely stress-free. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I felt confident knowing my vehicle was in such capable hands. Bell Collision Center delivered outstanding service, and Shawna went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

If you want your brand-new car to come back looking like a used one, this is the place to go. My car was damaged by a dangling power line — the roof paint was scraped, and the sunroof needed to be replaced. While the paint and sunroof work look decent, the condition my car was returned in was nothing short of embarrassing. Every window inside the vehicle, including the rearview mirror, was coated in a strange film or haze that wouldn’t come off with normal cleaning. The clip for my sun visor was broken — I went to move it, and the entire visor fell down. The in-car microphone was left disconnected, and some kind of glue, paint, or paste was smeared all on both the driver and passenger seats. Repair time was lengthy and communication was terrible. The finish on the wheels that were “repaired” was awful. Reached out again to get the wheels redone. A full week of silence. When I dropped the wheels off to get redone I notice a huge chunk still missing on the inside lip of the barrel. The company they use to restore wheels is terrible. Charged my insurance to repair the wheels and only did half the job, very poorly. Finish was still less than desirable after the second attempt at repairing the wheels. Orange peel paint and damage to the wheel from the tire machine still present after repairs. Now I have to do the leg work to get my insurance to replace my wheels. Great service today by the front desk team and Jeremy! Just walked in to highlight an issue with door panel. Jeremy took the car in and fixed it in no time. Also took care of the door damage. All this at no cost. Just an amazing experience! Thank you!
