At first hand, as soon as we got there. We were treated with the utmost respect. And it was very pleasant. The gentleman at the cashier's dept. personally took us directly to a service advisor. And our needs been taken care of immediately. "Superb Service"... Thank you, Bell Honda 👍

I was supposed to have a 5:30 appointment. When I got there no one knew about my appointment that I had made last week. I was met by a wonderful young lady named Sarah who was very helpful trying to find out who my appointment was with. I then met with someone by the name of Isaiah who was also very helpful and after perspiring and waiting for a very long time he decided to take care of me. Sarah asked a man by the name of Steve if he would help me he said and I quote I'm off in 26 minutes so I won't be able to. I was there waiting for someone to help me for longer than 26 minutes. Whatever happened to customer service.? Sarah and Isaiah were wonderful my final experience was wonderful however I did not appreciate the response that I got from Steven.

From sales - to service (Josh & Seth)- to collision repair (Jessie)- I've been very impressed !!! Always courteous, friendly & willing to go out of their way to help the customer.. They're #1 in my book!!!!!!

I wanted a car wash and that is not available and hasn't been almost all summer. Bell Honda is normally very fast but due to the virus I believe they have slowed down.
