The SUV has been super reliable, and clients always compliment me on how nice it is. I still use their service department to keep everything running smoothly, and they always take great care of me. Recently, I ordered a cargo mat because the “For Sale” and “Open House” sign posts I move around were making the back area dirty. I had a very disappointing experience at Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet Buick GMC. Two days ago I submitted an online request and yesterday a sales representative called me. I clearly asked for the out-the-door price, and she gave me a specific number on the phone. Based on that price, I drove 65 miles to the dealership today because I own a limousine business and was ready to purchase two vehicles. When I arrived, the price suddenly changed and was much higher than what I was told on the phone. That alone was frustrating, but the situation got worse. Brought my car here a few years ago for brake service and they told me it didn't need it. I pick the car up and they said they serviced the brakes anyway. Just brought my car back for another brake service as they are grinding loudly in the front. Was told the brakes are fine. No explanation or clarity from anyone. Just "Here's your keys... now leave." I will not be using Bellamy Strickland for anything else again and will update this post once I get the issue figured out myself.

I took my vehicle to have the transmission looked at because it lunges forward when you put it in reverse and when you stop. Justin was not only unhelpful but he also lied to me. They drove it on Wednesday and he said they couldn’t replicate the problem, he was extremely dismissive of my concerns and just said they would keep it as long as I was willing to leave it there. I asked if they would at least drive it the next two mornings and he said yes. I called back Thursday right before 4 pm and he said they had driven the vehicle twice that day on the roads and they still didn’t experience the issue. Called in to have a brand new, Delphi ECM programmed for a 2002 vehicle, and was told they wouldn't take in any vehicle older than 10 years. How can a Chevy service center decline any vehicle older than 2015? What an unfortunate way to force away a customer base.
