I've called and spoken to 2 different people regarding buying multiple trucks. They take 2+ weeks to respond to simple questions regarding availability and pricing. I spoke to another person last week and voiced my concerns about the other salesperson, told him my story and asked if he could help. He was very apologetic and said that's not how they operated. Told me he'd talk to his manager and call me back that same day... Never heard back.

Very nice people. I found them online. My husband reached out and the parts guy called him back. According to what I could hear on the phone, the fellow was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful, answering every question in detail.

Commercial Truck Service is the best but don't tell anyone about it. We want to keep them available for their current customers. It took me a long time to find a Great: Doctor, Accountant, Attorney, Contractor and Mechanic. They deserve the title of the best.

This was a great buying experience! I made my purchase back in 2017 all over the phone and internet. Mike Stillo was my salesperson. I bought an Isuzu NPR HD with a custom plumbing Hackney box on the back. Mike took care of me and got me a great deal. The vehicle was delivered to me near Houston, Texas in immaculate condition. Everything Mike promised was delivered! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. When I grow my company out, I'll definitely be buying from here again!
