Fantastic - we purchased a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo here. Great clubhouse, good fitness center, large heated pool, 24/7 guard and guardhouse. The Champions Gate Community area is awesome.

SECURITY GUARD THIS MORNING ABSOLUTELY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB TODAY OCTOBER 26 @ 7:50 AM, I HAVE A GUEST PASS THAT EXPIRES NOVEMBER 7, YET SHE MADE ME DRIVE ACROSS THE STREET AGAIN WITH ATTITUDE TO SHOW MY ID. I NEVER HEARD OF THIS!! SEEMS LIKE SOME GUARDS JUST MAKE THEIR OWN RULES BECAUSE I HAD NO ISSUE ALL WEEK. WHAT'S THE POINT OF THE PASS AND MY ID IF I HAVE TO BE INCONVENIENCED EVERY TIME TO GO ON A LINE SO SECURITY CAN SCAN MY ID, SHE SAID MUST BE DONE SHE SAID HER BOSS TEXT HER AND TOLD HER THIS. TOTAL INCONVENIENCE!!!!

This is not. Retirement community and is NOT a 55 plus either, Very nice club house and gym.

Very rood gate staff! I called the management, they were even worse. Very confrontational! I do not recommend this community

This is NOT a retirement community it is an all inclusive lifestyle community
