Dropped my traverse off for an oil change after making the appointment online. The service rep informed me of the work done and that my GM card points would cover the cost. All done in a timely manner.

James in service is professional, knowledgeable courteous and always works with my schedule and even was able to get me in for an oil change with very short notice. Bellavia provides space for people to work remotely... they are a class act!

I come in for car maintenance, and I've never had an issue. I find the wait time to be excellent. The people always say "good morning " or "hello" and sometimes just smile. Seems like a good group of people, very pleasant and most importantly my car is always left in great condition.

James was very helpful. Explained what service my car needed, how they're going to fix it & gave me an approximation on how long it would take to complete. He called me at exact time it was completed when the service was done.

Worst service dept I ever experienced. On one occasion I was told my battery was leaking acid and I needed a new serpentine belt. Took My vehicle straight to my mechanic and he laughed. Next interaction with the incompetent service desk staff was nothing but arrogance and they seem to know nothing about anything when you ask a simple question. It seems that they had no idea there was a class action lawsuit against GM pertaining to my 2013 Equinox. How can you be working in the service dept and not know of the issues that are quite well known about the Equinox for many years. This was one of the many issues that I experienced, disgraceful.
