Make sure you call and double check that they’ll follow through with your appointment or you’ll sit there for two hours after your appointment time for them to tell you their computer screwed up and they can’t complete the service. Then they’ll act like entitled baby men at the counter and yuck it up with the other men in the store about how terrible women are

Ordered and paid for tires that the website said were in stock at multiple locations and got a call 15min before my appointment that they didn't have those tires in stock and tried offering me inferior tires in place of the ones I bought. Since I already paid for them I have to wait for the funds to go back on my card to be able to buy the tires that I wanted at discount tire. Last time that I went to Belle tire 5 years ago they threw out the tires that were taken off my vehicle even though I told them that I wanted them saved and told me they were too far back In the truck to dig out. never trying Belle tire again.

November 2025 and February 2026 Dillon and Jamal both lied to get out of suspension and later coolant system warranty work, that had to be completed at other belle tire locations. Horrible, disgusting customer service. If you enjoy being lied to and sent home with a dysfunctional car, come see these clowns.

These guys cannot do an alignment to save their life. They cannot grasp the concept that you need level the steering wheel prior to doing the alignment. Every time I get the vehicle back, the wheel is crooked in a different direction at a different angle. My wife went in for an alignment after I did some suspension work on her car and they tried to get her to do $1000 worth of work and put it on their credit card. All she really needed was a ball joint which muffler man took care of for cheap. They are always looking for the upsell. Your financial wellbeing is not a concern to them. Go elsewhere.

Called to inquire about new tires and was met with terrible service right away. Treating me like I’m stupid. Immediately ended, i’ll take my money elsewhere I recommend everyone else do the same
