I came to this location a week ago for an oil change, screw in the tire, and tire rotation. They were busier than I’ve ever seen before. I worked with a gentleman advising of my request and he requested for me to move my vehicle as I parked near the door. When I came back in I handed off my key. A few days later I noticed my tires weren’t rotated. I called the store and the manager, I believe his name is Travis, answered the call and could hear the frustration in my voice. Travis informed me we could schedule an appointment and get me in and out. I advised I wasn’t available until Friday and had plans to bring my other vehicles and go see Santa. Travis advised it was no problem and they’d work around my schedule and get me appointments scheduled. While working with Travis he could tell it

Been using the Woodhaven store since my return to MI in 2017. Tires 2x, brakes, battery and whatever. Great crew, great team leads. I never question the price, just let know when our cars are done and away I go. Thanks to Ryan or Ryan most of the time. Thanks Woodhaven store!

I had a minor tire issue. Wasn’t sure if they could squeeze me in, but they did. I knew they were busy. Professional yet laid back. Quick service and was shocked in little time it took. I appreciate it. I respect places like this. Belle Tire is always consistent. To me at least.

Best customer service. I was stranded and needed help with my flat tire after 7PM, and they were so understanding and with less than an hour to close, they repaired my tire and got me back on road.
