Bellflower Auto Square Collision

My experience at Bellflower Auto Square Collision was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional from the start, and my car wasn’t ready on time despite their promises. When I finally got it back, I noticed that the paint didn’t match the rest of the vehicle, which was frustrating after waiting so long. When I tried to address my concerns, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, making the whole situation even worse. Overall, I felt like I overpaid for the quality of work I received, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

I went to get an estimate on minor scratches on my car and to place replacement cap over the driver's side lock. The owner came to look at the car. He showed me that some of the scratches could be buffed out and the others were too minor to spend my money. Greatly appreciate his honesty.

I was impressed on the honesty and good job & advice of Carlo regarding my problem. I messed up the touch up paint with my car and he cleaned it very well that I don't have to paint it anymore. He also gave me a good advice about my other problem done by another shop. He did not even charge me for the work done. Thanks a lot Carlo & staff. God Bless.

Look no further! Find this cute orange building and leave your precious car behind. But not for long! Carlo removed/replaced my Honda civics brake pads, lower controllers, and rotors within 3 hours! That’s literally crazy fast! And now it drives like a dream✨I’m excited to have found this gem of a place and will be back with my + family members car in the future. THANK YOU B.A.S.C!
