Nick was on call and showed up at 3:30 in the morning to bring me gas. I truly didn’t expect that level of positivity and professionalism at that hour. What a great guy! If I ever needed tow services again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Belltown Motors.

John and Dave showed up with their rig to pull my truck out of the woods after it slid on our steep and slippery driveway. They were experts who did a great job without so much as a scratch on my vehicle. I highly recommend!

We had a great 1st time experience with Belltown Motors. It began with the tow.. the driver arrived within 20 minutes and was friendly. The next morning I called to follow up and spoke with Kayla...she explained that they were busy but would try to look at our car (failed brake line). 2 hours later she called back and said they would be able to fix it that day. What a surprise! We were expecting to be without the car for several days but we picked it up that afternoon. The cost was less than expected- how often can you say that on a car repair? Thanks, highly recommend.

My wife's car started leaking oil really bad so they towed it breaking a transmission line in the process and totally denying it. They will not take responsibility for any mistakes that they make. They just blamed it on the car being older even though it was pretty clear what had happened. I left a photo to show where they pick the car up from just to prove there was no transmission fluid. The fluid in my driveway was red not Brown.

This was the second time I went here and the service was fantastic. From speaking with the service department (Kayla, I believe) to the gentleman at the front desk, to the guy that took off my plates. Professional and pleasant. I was comfortable going in there alone (some auto places you get a feeling like a dollar sign just walked in) and it just has a hometown vibe. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and patient, answering all my questions. Even the phone call letting us know it would be best to junk the car was done in a kind manner. I highly recommend.
