Trash! As an employee of a local company whose job depends on our truck being operational, this was a frustrating experience. The vehicle was held for weeks with little to no communication. Interactions with Kerri, Keith, and especially Lindsay reflected poor customer service and inconsistent information, including multiple changing estimates that felt like overcharging rather than problem-solving. There was also an uncomfortable undertone in how our concerns were handled that came across as dismissive and biased. Overall, the lack of transparency, urgency, and professionalism made this a difficult shop to work with.

I broke down on Wednesday 8/20. Had to be towed for repairs. It took them till Friday 8/22 to do diagnostic tests. These people are really nice and went out of their way to get my parts and had me up and running the next morning. Recommend this place 100%.
