I needed an oil change and was actually nervous about coming here (not because of Bemer Plus itself) because the last oil change I got from another place was a bad experience and caused thousands in damages due to negligence. Nonetheless, it was time for another appointment and decided to come here as it was closer to me than the dealership and the prices were much more reasonable than I paid before. I made the appointment and I was well taken care of! It started on time, they inspected my vehicle and found a few things I needed to take care of and before you know it, I was on my way out the door. Great experience thus far. I have a C and S class that have been serviced there. I love the text messages and updates about the service is great. I also am informed about any potential issues that need to be addressed in the future.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Bemmer Plus. On more than one occasion I was overcharged, lied to, and had unauthorized services performed on my vehicle. The owner was extremely rude and consistently tried to shift blame onto me, even though I was simply a paying customer seeking honest service. He even told me “I was wrong for not paying his technicians for their work!” Even though I agreed to pay for the parts that were used that did not fix my issues. They installed cheap aftermarket parts without my consent, then claimed it was because I “didn’t want to pay” for OEM parts—yet I was never told the OEM price. Every visit felt like a guessing game, where they’d fix one thing only to claim something else needed work, leaving me with bills in the thousands while my origi

They did an outstanding job with my car. I took it to another place before and they told me that I had a bad alternator, but I really had an electrical short and Beamers plus was able to figure it out. They gave me my car back in a timely manner and even cleaned it.
