I can't recommend this mechanic enough—they are the absolute best I've ever used! I originally started going here because my boss used them for our entire fleet maintenance and repairs, which immediately showed me they handle high-volume, professional work with ease. Their reputation is well-deserved. The team is incredibly trustworthy and honest, which is the most important quality in a repair shop. They are always communicative about what needs to be done and why, and their turnaround time is excellent—they get the job done right and quickly. Plus, their services are fairly priced, especially considering the high quality of work they perform. The convenient location is just the icing on the cake. They are absolutely amazing! They explain everything as they go! As a woman I have felt stupid going into shops before and benchmark never once made me feel that way! From Rachel up front who is so sweet to James who kept me in the loop about what was happening and what he found and what steps he was going to take to fix it, i am super happy with how things went! As someone who has been taken advantage of at a shop before, i was leery going into benchmark but they proved to be so honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and skilled! I will always tell all my friends and family to go to Benchmark, should they encounter any car issues!
