I was passing Benchmark Transmission & Auto Care on my way to a nearby business when I heard something dragging under my car. The engine splash shield was bunched up, dragging on the ground, so I stopped in and asked for help. Within five minutes or so, they had my car on a lift, and I was back on my way shortly thereafter. It wasn’t a big job, but it was crucial under the circumstances, and their immediate assistance was sincerely appreciated. I called here and spoke to Dante after finding out I had an issue with my trans cap. I honestly was confused on what exactly the issue was when describing to him but he figured it out for me and I left feeling very calm, assured, and comfortable with all the service.

My son called me on a Friday the night before Christmas break with a problem with the car and we found Benchmark which was very close and the car was taken there by tow. Dante had called me on Monday saying he was gonna look at the car and tell me what the problem was and I told him to fix it. There was a problem with getting the parts which took a few days and he shopped around looking where he could get them n ended up finding them n replaced the parts that were needed and the car was fixed.
