I really like this Dodge outfit. I’m not very mechanically inclined but when I reached out to both the service Dept. & the Parts Dept. everyone was super helpful. Both Departments were able to help me over the phone by troubleshooting certain issues I ran into with my 2018 Dodge Charger. I am so glad I recently (4 months ago) paid for a top tier extra warranty that is designed specifically for going to Dodge Companies for the warranty. But today, I couldn’t drive out there so, both Service Dept. & Parts Dept. helped me to troubleshoot an issue I was having and everything ended up working out. These guys were so helpful and knowledgeable and were super friendly and kind and didn’t make me feel unwanted at all. I highly recommend this Dodge Company for all your Dodge needs. We took our pickup in to have the oil changed and tire rotation. We picked up the pickup late in the evening after a family gathering. My husband called me about 3 blocks later saying, "The tire fell off!!!!" It ruined the wheel hub assembly and the wheel. They acted like this was a every day occurrence. They are very lucky there was not more traffic and someone could have been hurt. The tire was found across the tracks. 27 days later we get the pickup back! The didn't even bother to replace the vanity plate the wrecker broke because of their negligence. And yes, the still charged us $249 for the service of oil change and tire rotation their failure to tighten the lug nuts caused all of this!!!!!

Thank you guys for being there you guys save my life. You guys have saved my truck's life. Thank you for ordering the bolts for my Driveline where they mount to the rear end on my Hemi. I only had two left in it and they were barely hanging on when I pulled in the parking lot to get my parts and thank you guys. Everyone else told me that they were discontinued and you guys told me that from 2000 all the way till present they are still in production and used on the Driveline to mount to the rear end to this day. Thank you guys for being local and I appreciate every little bit of business I have done with you guys over the years and more future business to come. The service dept is the best when it comes to customer service. We broke down for the second time during our trip home. They took us to the store so we could get food while in an RV park waiting for parts and the repair. They kept us informed of the repair process. There was a small repair error and they stood behind their work and made it right. Honesty,Integrity and Service is Outstanding.Thank You

I drove 100 miles on a Saturday to look at and possibly purchase a Dodge charger. We got out and looked at the one we saw online. We liked it. So we waited and waited, but no one ever came out to greet us. We decided to walk around the lot and maybe get noticed. After 30 minutes, we saw a few salespeople just standing around, so we left. I would be willing to bet this is why they still have 2023 models on the lot. One would think that after having a car for over 400 days, they would be more motivated to sell.
