Benefiel Towing and Truck Repair

These guys are awesome! I didn't need to be towed or repaired, I just needed a place to park my trailer for the weekend so I can enjoy some home time with my new wife in Nebraska City and bobtail to her house. The fine folks at Benefiel said no problem! THANK YOU!!! 🤩

Don't use This as Mechanical use them as towing if needed otherwise you'll get stuck there they don't have a time for Mechanical issues they just work towing. The lady answers phone calls she's Nice when first time you call for service but when she got you in their shop Then nobody cares about you.their Not professional for this business. I spent 4 day's their just for Air leaks because them. Thanks for your service

After 4 hours of trying to get my shuttle bus repaired on the road we finally had to get it towed. Benefiel was recommended to us and I couldn’t believe how fast they got there and how hard the driver worked in the 90+ degree heat to get us hooked up and out of there quickly. I am super impressed and recommend them highly.

Drivers Don't call This guys for Mechanical issues they don't have a time for you after they got you to their shop. First they will stay Yes for All your questions Then as soon as you tow your truck to their shop They will take you to hotel Then forget about you at All Then when you call them to get the right to they're ship everyone passed you to others. Motel 6 just 5 to 6 miles away but there no any transportion you can use to get their No Uber,Tax, or anything. So if you have any issues I recommend you to use the truck shop just other side of pilot truck stop.

Driver If you have a issues in your truck don't use this people they're just work as towing they're Not a Mechanical. There a great shop near pilot truck stop just other side of the truck stop between motel 6 & pilot that shop they work 24/7 Then they Great let you go real quick.
