I called Benitez Automotive at 8:30 when they opened and explained my situation with my car, he advised he could look at it the same day. I had it towed to his shop around 11am and within a few hours he called to tell me what was wrong and gave me a quote. The customer service was excellent and they went the extra mile to get my car repaired the same day. Highly recommend this business!

Jairo went above and beyond to help me fix my car. My car unexpectedly gave out on me on the side of the highway. I called the closest mechanic which happened to be Jairo and he set me up with a tow truck (shout-out to Randy!) within one hour of waiting. He planned ahead and ordered me my replacement part before I arrived to his shop to get the process started. I arrived to his shop at 6:30pm which was well after his closing time. However, Jairo told me not to worry and he proceeded to help me fix my car until 9pm that evening so that I can continue to drive back home for the holidays. Jairo was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and I feel super lucky/blessed to come across him and his generosity!

My coil pack absolutely gave out on my car and I, the receptionist, Stephanie and Jairo were so helpful and knowledgeable about my car. Fixed it and got it up and running for a great price!!! Definitely recommend.
