I noticed fluid leaking from the rear of my Jeep and, after seeing great online reviews, I scheduled an appointment with this shop. I dropped my car off at 9:30 a.m., and they inspected the issue. One thing I initially liked was that they text photos and explanations of any problems, followed by an estimate.
However, I was shocked when the report stated my axle was broken and needed to be replaced. I sent the report and photos to my father, who owns and operates a mechanic shop in New York. After reviewing everything, he confirmed the axle was not broken—only rusted. Rust alone, with no cracks or damage, is not a reason to replace an axle. I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they took care of everything without an appointment, which was a huge plus. They also performed a free multi-point inspection and sent me pictures showing exactly what they recommended for my truck. I really appreciated being able to see what they were talking about…no pressure, just clear and honest communication. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping me with a ride to and from the shop, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient. Brought vehicle in for diagnostic as warning lights were on. They did a diagnostic of the areas i described as possible problems and texted an estimate. After i approved their estimate, it was 2 days later and all work was completed. A pleasant surprise for me. Highly recommend this shop.

Honest business, honest people. They are here to fix your problems, not trying to sell you on something not needed. Went in there to get what I thought was a radiator leak, turned out it was a transmission leak. They sent a picture report with notes and went through it with me on the phone. Not only a detailed report but a detailed conversation. Asked for new front breaks. They were honest and told me that I did not need them yet, and gave me an estimate of time before they were needed. Also gave me a quote for them on future needs. Will take my vehicles there anytime something is needed. Appreciate this business and employees.

After trying several shops around Middle Tennessee this is the first I’ve found that does exactly what is required. Great detailed information, thorough explanation and allows you to select the issues that need attention. Pricing and photos of problems provided upfront. No guess work.
