Had a great experience regarding my recent Mustang purchase. Was able to accomplish a lot of the initial process over the phone with my salesperson “Jim Justice” and I appreciate how convenient that was. I traveled almost 2 hours to do business with this dealership and I am glad I did. Good job. Will certainly do business with them agin when it’s time for my next purchase. I wish they could have provided me with a complimentary Mustang hat or Mug that I could use to commemorate the purchase. I am aware that swag is becoming exceedingly rare in the car sales world so I understand. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Ford purchase.

This dealership replaced the master cylinder on my Lincoln October 29 2025. On February 4 2026 the same issue happened again. The response was we will warranty the parts through Autozone but not the labor, which was $1100. I can’t understand a dealership not guaranteeing there work for 3 months. I would not recommend these people to my enemies. Take your money and not stand by their work. If you do choose them, best of luck. They definitely won’t stand by you.

I bought a truck from this dealership and was initially impressed. The team was professional, and the process was quick—so quick that I even tipped the salesman, Brantly, $100 for his great service. Two months later, my positive experience unraveled. The bank informed me that I didn't own the truck because it had never been registered. I then started receiving letters from the state about a lapse in insurance, which my insurance company confirmed was false. They had updated the state's records the day I bought the truck. After three weeks of battling with the dealership, the truck was finally registered. However, they failed to transfer my old plate, causing me to pay additional taxes. I had already paid registration taxes on those plates three times in the past year. This entire ordeal

Service was wonderful and fast like every other time i bring my vehicle. I didn't have wait all day to get my vehicle back. The service department representative Judy was very Courteous and helpful the moment we walked in. Would definitely recommend Bennettsville Ford.
