Benoit Ford Service Department

I bought my first and second brand new car from Benoit Ford. Absolutely love the sales department. They helped me pick the perfect car for my needs. The whole process was fast. Best car I ever had. I had service on my car. Always excellent. Very courteous and helpful for all my vehicle needs. I would recommend everyone come here, you won't be disappointed.

Well here is my response on the review that you all been waiting on. Now I know that I arrived there at around 0745 to 0800 that morning, but I left there around 1500 ish that day. Although my time spent there was too long, even though if there was any questions that was needed to asked about my vehicle. I would of gladly to tell anyone anything about that vehicle since I purchased it in 2019 from Benoit Ford. So the customer service were great and the courtesy was great. It's just was the time spent there waiting for my vehicle. Thank you and keep up the great work.

They served me well! They are better than any other Ford Dealership here in LA! They took care of my Snow White . I had no other issue. I'm so happy! She is too! Thank you so much Benoit Ford! I give yaul a 5 Star rating!!!

I made an appointment to have my car serviced. When I got there for my appointment time there was a big lapse in communication. No one asked my name or anything. After 30 min of waiting i went back to the desk and asked what was going on, my car was not touched at this point. After realizing the oversight, they quickly got my car in and got it done. Everyone was very apologetic and eager to make it right. I really appreciated that they listen to me and resolved the situation. Despite the delay it was over all very good service.

Benoit Ford did a great job on my truck. I was having transmission issues and other dealers in the Lake Area were booked up for weeks. I called Benoit Ford and was able to get my truck in the next day. They diagnosed my problem in a couple of hours and had the part delivered the next day. I dropped my truck off on Thursday and it was ready Friday evening (it was a long job so I expected it to take more than a day). My truck has been working like normal and I have had no issues since getting it back. I would highly recommend Benoit Ford to anyone needing service work. As far as buying a vehicle goes, why buy a vehicle from a dealer that won’t be able to service you in a timely manner when you need it???
