Ben's Auto Restoration

Will not bring my car back here again. Both times I've taken my car here its had to be returned for mistakes. This time I brought it in for rock damage from another vehicle. When I returned to pick it up there was extra damage on the bumper that wasn't there before. Dull overspray on the door. They repaired the mistakes a second time. 3rd time I picked it up there is bubbles all over the hood. They feel like hard chunks of debris had been painted over. The hood is a mess! I'm not even sure what to do at this point.

I would give these folks 4-5 stars for the work they do but one star or less for their lack of customer service and not treating me, the customer, with the same respect I showed to them. They were not rude in any way but simply did not do what they said within the time frame given to me AND communication about it was all one-sided...I had to do all the calling and checking and pushing for specific information. I do understand that sometimes there are circumstances that might be beyond the control of a business; if that does happen, though, it is the responsibility of those at the business to keep the customer updated along the way. And in this case, I was not given any intimation during any of the calls that I made that this delay was related to sickness, injury, etc., on the part of any

The repairs took less time than expected, and the service was great. The only draw I can see is that they are in the middle of nowhere on a dirt road. I would still take my vehicle there for any repairs. The service and quality of work alone are worth it.
