Ben's Car Wash

My husband and I just took two vehicles there to wash and although the doors are open, the place isn’t working. Doors open and machines are lit up, but when I put the money in, only a trickle of water came out. No pressure at all. I tried all of the settings there were for water. I thought possibly pressure would build up eventually, but it never did. There was no phone number showing anywhere for contacting the owner, not on the internet either. With fuel up as high as it is, that was a very expensive drive. I never had many issues there in the past. Dont assume its up and running just because the doors are open. Wait until you see other people there I guess.

Don't break down at this car wash cause the owner will just drive around taking pictures assuming you're doing something illegal, instead of just stopping and asking what's the problem is.

Used changer to get change. It gave tokens to get change. 10 tokens for $10 which is normal. However when you put the token in to use it, it comes up as less money then it is worth. This establishment is a joke. There isn’t even a number to contact about any issue you may have.
