Discovered a crack in my rear RV panel. Ben's contacted Forest River and a replacement panel was authorized even though it was out of warranty. Upon getting the rig home, I discovered a scratch in the new rear decal. Ben's replaced the decal at no charge. I have found their staff to be helpful and fairly responsive to emails.

Our camper slide out was damaged. Ben's provided a quick estimate via email. They were pleasant and honest through the process. We truly appreciated their advise in our bad situation.

They have a decent selection of campers at a good price. We bought our camper here and have it maintained by them as well. So far no issues very nice to work with! Would totally recommend!

What a great experience! Brought our camper in after a minor insurance claim (even though we bought it elsewhere). From drop off to pickup, everything was handled professionally, timely and without issue. The repairs make the camper good as new and the service was flawless. Highly recommend!
