I have been waiting for a touchless car wash to open near my home, and one finally did! I just bought a new black GLE 450, and if you have ever owned a black car, you know the struggle. They look amazing when they are clean, and then dusty the next day, ha! I chose a touchless wash to avoid the scratches and swirl marks you get from brush washes. Overall, the experience was really good. The only downside was the dryer. It did not remove as much water as I expected. There is a 60-second drying time which I plenty! Before it was 40 seconds but I noticed after feedback the owners changed it. The customer service at this business is the best I have ever experienced. It is giving 1990’s we actually care vibes. Update 1/30/26: Now with the ice storm passed, I had no trouble with the complimentary wash coupon given by the owner, and the recalibrated wash cycle did a much, much better job of getting the lower portions of the side panels for my Accord. The residual dirt on my trunk I was able to easily take care of with a quick towel wipedown. I appreciate the commitment to make it right, and they made the process nice and easy! Original review 1/23/26: The wash got my car mostly clean, but did a rather poor job of the bottom portions of the sides of my car and around the trunk. I don't know if it was because I'm in a sedan or if it's the particular geometry of my car, or what. Those areas are wet, as you can see from my finger smears, just not fully clean. Ben’s car was is awesome! Located conveniently off of Boat Club, this is the first touchless wash I’ve found in the area. For years, my husband has washed our vehicles at home or in a “Do It Yourself” wash bay to avoid damaging our vehicles one wash at a time with abrasive brushes. At a touchless wash, the only thing coming in to contact with your vehicle is cleaning agents and high pressure water, but it comes clean as if you did a full detail job in your driveway! Will definitely be subscribing to their upcoming wash membership.
