A lot of these reviews are for another dealership not Bensons Auto Group, I almost didnt buy from here but than I noticed this place gets confused with Chrysler Auto Group. I had an amazing experience, everything they told me added up and worked out. I came in with an offer for my old car from carmax and they kept it. I didnt have credit so the trade in helped. I walked out with a great deal. Abraham was amazing, he was honest about the warranty and how everything works. Xinia the lady who helped me purchase the car was knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend anyone to come here!!!!!!

They scammed my mom when she was buying a car, they let her drive off with a vehicle when she purchased it in late December. She was told she wouldn’t have to make a car payment for the first month so when she tried calling them to start making payments they said she had to come to the dealership and figure paper work out. Turns out that they said they couldn’t verify income and she had to give the car back unless she put another person on the loan. She wasn’t able to do that. They had her stranded left walking home. I only learned about this the day after. They offered no curtesy ride no uber no nothing. The customer service here disgust me please don’t buy a car from here .
