Bent Wrench does it right! More than that, they Strive for excellence! I have a 1995 Volkswagen Golf III and they took care of her just like she was brand new. I needed a dedicated DC line for a travel EL Foust Air Filter. It needed to have a switch so I could turn it off and on while I was driving. Michael really went above and beyond to make it look like this was part of the original equipment. I am so grateful! Check out the switch! Most people would never know that it's not part of the original equipment. That nice round rocker switch with a little Light on the right-hand side so you know when it's on. The DC plug itself is tucked down on the passenger side of the engine compartment. Excellent work!

My son took his truck to this shop, they communicated well with us the issue to get the truck fixed.

The alternator in my van blew out and I had taken it to the dealer who told me it would be a few days before they can look at it and I was traveling through to South Carolina. After Towing to the dealer, I had it towed to the bent wrench and those guys rescued me. We had been through the tornadoes in the area and our farm was destroyed and my van was full of things that needed immediate attention. These guys got me back on the road rapidly and I can't thank them enough. These are real people and not corporate goons. They even picked me up at the hotel and brought me over. A real heart and soul kind of place!

My truck was out of operations for about three years and JL and his guys attempted to fix it. But it was not fixed the same issue happened again and JL towed my truck to the shop from Richmond for free . And troubleshoot it until they found the problem fixed it and didn’t charge me any extra. Excellent customer service.
