Car was delivered to me dirty and unwashed. It was also kept this way on the lot. I believe this was done intentionally by the dealership to mask the damage to the rear bumper I can now obviously see. Mentioned to my sales person Sam about the tire monitor system before I left the dealership. We agreed I would fill the tires at a gas station and the sensor should just go off. It’s been a full day since inflating all the tires and the sensor hasn’t turned off. I called Sam this morning and he told me that “ well those sensors go bad after 5 years”. This also seems deceptive and I feel like I was told anything just to get me to take the truck and drive off the lot. Best car buying experience ever for us! Bentley Automotive is very fortunate to have Joe Ferguson representing them. Wow, seriously from the phone call to verify the dealership still had the vehicle we were interested in to driving it off the lot about 3.5 hours later Joe was a Rock Star!
