Benton European

We recently moved down from Colorado and needed to get our glow plugs done on on our 2015 Audi Q5 diesel. I normally do the work myself because it’s so hard to find good mechanics that are honest and dependable, but we were in a hurry to get it done so we decided to try Benton European auto. They gave us a quote. Keep in mind whenever you get a quote. It’s just a quote. It ended up being a lot cheaper and the service was great we even went ahead and had the service done as well. I didn’t realize it until after a week they even replaced the lightbulb on the rear of the vehicle that I knew I had to change but forgot lol they did not even charge for that. Absolutely the best customer service by far. Tom and Adam stayed in constant communication with me regarding the service, timeline, and pricing. The team had my vehicle in and out exactly when they said they would. Both Tom and Adam went the extra mile and even stayed late to get it finished. I can’t say enough about the entire team—truly a great service company to work with.

It’s worth the drive to Benton, AR to have these Professionals work on your vehicle. They know their stuff and are top notch nice people who appreciate their customers. Adam usually answers the phone and he is a wealth of knowledge. The owner is a Mercedes Master Mechanic and his sons work with him as mechanics. They are reasonably priced and they are honest, even with women customers!

Efficient and fairly priced. Also, while I was waiting for them to put the finishing touches on my vehicle, a woman pulled into the parking lot with a flat tire and was visibly upset. Even though it was about 30 minutes after closing, the owner came out, introduced himself, and assured her that he and his staff would put her spare on for her.

Absolutely excellent experience. Owner and staff are real personable and appreciate the love people have for their vehicles.
