If you’re looking for a to service your Mercedes Benz and really do not want to pay dealer charges, but want the same caliber of service, then I recommend Benz by Blair. I started going with my first suv in 2019. Now I own a newer model and returned to Benz by Blair. It’s the same great service without the dealers expensive cost. If you’re looking for service you can trust, this is the place. I have another car and have been ripped off badly by Garage Guy in Richmond and Auto Max on FM 1464 in Richmond, so I know first hand you need a place where you can trust the maintenance and repairs. You will not be disappointed. The customer service is really great. I highly recommend Benz by Blair.

ATTENTION HOUSTONIANS: This place is a treasure! I was visiting Houston and my Mercedes Benz had a knocking sound in my rear suspension. I researched and visited several independent shops and knew upon arrival that Benz by Blair was my choice. The full experience was GREAT! The price was fair and they completed the repair in less time than estimated. I was able to meet the technician that performed my work and went along with him on the diagnostic test drive. Once the problem was identified they escorted me to the vehicle while on the lift and explained the issue and scope of the repair. I have had my Mercedes serviced at Benz by Blair since last year and have been very happy with the outstanding service and professionalism I receive every time. They are very thorough and keep me informed throughout the service of any issues, and most importantly, pricing is fair. On my most recent visit, I saw several G-Wagons on the lifts in the service garage… and thought to myself, Wow… they really do good work here. Because if you own one of those, you wouldn’t trust any random shop. To me, it was reassuring to see this. I would 100% recommend Benz by Blair to any Mercedes Benz owners needing service on their cars.

Great Experience Very Professional, Sam's very knowledgeable . Went in for a Service B on my E class. Finished in a timely fashion. Serviced was priced well, but do note there service B does not come with Brake Fluid Exchange like on the Mercedes Schedule. Shop Recommended solid work.
