Took my sons 2014 E350 for service and they worked us into their schedule quickly, front desk kept me updated on progress and pickup time, mechanic met me with the car and keys at the main door when finished, wonderful customer service. No complaints and strongly recommend to anyone who has a European car.

The service was great. After the initial visit, there were a couple of outstanding issues and they took care of them right away…no delay and no questions. Frances is excellent…she is knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful!! The quality of the workmanship is excellent. They’ll definitely be servicing my Jag from here on out.

Everyone was great! Jeff and his crew were very helpful and professional from day one. I brought to them a car that had been used and abused and they took their time to diagnose and repair all the issues they found. Along the way, Jeff or his assistant would always call me with details about what needed to be done. Everything about this team was professional, friendly, and attentive. Been going here for years but after our last service yesterday we’ve decided not to return moving forward. Service and trust are important when it comes to any business. We have been “up-seller” the past few years and always decline the additional (especially overcharge) of services. However this last service they’ve done just a basic routine maintenance and tire rotation - and they added filter changes or cleaning and can’t believe it racked up the cost to a little over $600! That is just ridiculous to me. Way over priced - they will work on things and not inform the customer properly. Just honest communication would be been great in my opinion.
