I had a very bad experience with this company. I purchased an engine from them and was supposed to receive a $100 core charge refund. When I first called, they told me I didn’t need to return the part and that they would mail me a check. I never received it. After following up, they said no check had been issued and that they would send one. When I finally received the check and deposited it, it bounced. I called again and was put on hold for 45 minutes, only to be told to call back because the person in charge was “busy.” On top of that, I purchased another part from them for a different vehicle, and it was defective. Now I’m out an additional $185 with no resolution. They give you the runaround and avoid refunds. I would not recommend buying parts from this company.

They send junk parts not working and selling fake warranty you will not get your money back or replacement We ordered 2018 Kia Stinger transmission, we installed it and didn't work, when reached out to them they took us back and forth about we need " installation report and diagnostic report" for few weeks, after we send them everything they said " warranty not valid because there is no code from the transmission in the reports" so it's just fake warranty guys we don't recommend this place at all, don't waste your money, we will be behind them for sure legally to safe another people from this business.

I have worked with Benzeen multiple times over the years. Andre is my go to guy. Always goes above and beyond to make me happy. If there is an issue they make it right and stand behind their parts. Glad to see they have a So-Cal location now. Thanks again Andre!

Although I experienced long wait times, the representative Luis went above and beyond to resolve my issues and ultimately retain me as a customer. I’m leaving this review because of Luis’s excellent service — he turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.
