⭐ 0 Stars – Misleading, Unprofessional, and Questionable Practices This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had in the auto parts industry. I agreed to purchase a transfer case about a week ago. The listing clearly stated pickup in Hayward. However, once I moved forward, I was informed that the unit was actually in Sacramento and that I would need to pay an additional delivery fee to bring it to Hayward. Why advertise pickup in Hayward if the part is not physically there? That is misleading at best. I then agreed to drive to Sacramento to pick it up directly. Instead of accommodating that, I was told I must prepay by card before they would even remove the part from the vehicle. No cash option, no in-person transaction. Payment first. After agreeing

Hello, I am a certified ASE master tech (my profession) in Bloomington, Indiana. In my shop, I'm currently working on my sister's 2012 Land Rover Range Rover HSE due to needing a replacement engine for nearly a year now. She lives in Georgia and she had the vehicle shipped to me. I sourced a used motor, with a 1 year warranty, for her from Benzeen Auto Parts's EBay webpage. She purchased the unit months ago, and it has sat for months on a pallet. I've just recently been able to work on it. I noticed immediately when unboxing the motor that the engine had been in a fire due to all the melted plastic and the fire extinguishant residue. I recently purchased a rear differential for my 2016 Nissan Frontier. The part arrived damaged beyond reasonable repair per my auto technician. I called Benzeen about the issue and was put in contact with Paul Verma in the warranty claim department. He reviewed the photos of the damaged part and found another differential right away and shipped it out that day. He said there was no need to return the original part.
