Disappointment. The one star reviews I see are definitely valid. I’ll start with the good; john diaz from collision took care of me well when i went to get the rear glass replaced earlier in the summer. His communication was great each step of the way. I’ve also picked up parts before and the gentleman at the counter was always helpful. I guess it depends on who you get because my recent experience was horrendous. I took my car in mid-summer to get my AC checked (I could have gone anywhere else, but seeing as though I had a good customer service experience with John Diaz I figured I’d keep my business with Benzel). I called two weeks in advance, scheduled an appointment with a loaner, and provided all the necessary information. When I arrived, I was told they don’t provide complimentary loaners if you have a third-party warranty, something that was never mentioned beforehand. I was told to just give the warranty info to the service advisor when I arrived. Total communication failure, waited two weeks for nothing. Save yourself the headache and go to a different dealer if you can.

Garbage service, go elsewhere. Told car is ready for pick up after a week with no loaner cars just to get the same issue to pop up after driving a block… No compensation or quick fix, not even a simple apology. They just laughed and tell me to leave the car and go back home. Edit: After complaining to the service advisor about and not moving from the chair, they offered a shuttle ride back after waiting 30 mins. Then they delivered the car back to my house when it was done. That was ok but no record on the report as to why it had to go to the shop again… Unsatisfactory experience 👎

The maintenance service quality is not great. I spent one grand for annual maintenance and when I took the car back, the tire pressure was lower than before… feels like they did nothing other than washing the car

Always have to wait at least 30min even with appointments. Also even after a 50k maintenance, tire pressure, all regular maintenance check, 2 weeks later, check engine lights come up. I would not recommend this dealership service
