Bergey's Chevrolet of Plymouth Meeting Service

I had an uncomfortable experience here. When I dropped off my car, one of the staff member mentioned our prior contact in a mocking tone. Later, when I picked up my car, the first thing she asked was about my card type rather than greeting me or explaining the process. She also drove over an orange cone, which got stuck under my car, and joked, “We’re going to give you the cone as a compliment,” which I did not find funny. I had to returned to ask them to check underneath the car for possible damage which was worrying. Another staff member checked and said it looked fine, which I appreciate. Overall, my car was well repaired and well checked, which I am happy with. However, clearer communication and a simple apology rather than joke from her would have made the experience much better.

I received a video as the service person was going over my tires and breaks to show me what was going on. The tires were low treads The service manger called and told me I needed new tires. He said he found them on line and he will price match them. That was great news, we have been looking for new tires. So I got new ties with was the same brand I had. So Thank you for going above and beyond to service me and my car. The price was great.

I will never come back to buy a car or get my car serviced here specifically because of how I was treated by Devon at the service counter. I bought my car here in April, and had a certificate for a free oil change from that. I made an appointment online two weeks ago, and arrived for it today. Immediately met with opposition because she couldn’t find my appointment, even though I showed her the confirmation email I had. She told me it was going to be a 2 hour wait, and was surprised to hear that I’d be waiting because I had no choice. I could have dealt with the missed appointment issue, and I could have dealt with the 2 hour wait time she told me it would be. However; her rude attitude, condescending tone, and disrespectful behavior toward a repeat customer is why I left and will not ret

The service department at Bergey’s Chevrolet is amazing. I bring all my vehicles to them for service and they are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I highly recommend them to everyone I know!
