Bergey's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service

Direct and great service! Other dealerships try to upsell for a simple oil change rather than providing the requested service and informing of required or imminent service needs. Bergey’s does not do this! They are incredibly friendly and treated me like a respected customer with every interaction I’ve ever had with them. Fast lane is extremely convenient for those lapses when you forget to book service.

Back for a state inspection. They impressed me with their honesty and customer care with my last issue (an intermittent complaint that they tracked down, fixed, and then inadvertantly missed a wiring connection putting it back together but were honest and admitted to it and fixed it at no cost to me.) Inspection was completed, they allowed me to repair what I could on my own to keep my cost under control and they will repair what I can't. Price was fair, not cheap but not exorbitantly expensive either and I do believe you get what you pay for. Service representatives were pleasant and easy to work with.

By far the greatest team of people anyone could ever ask for. Dan, Will, Renee! They actually wished me a happy birthday. Dan put it in his notes! They make you feel like family and that is the reason we have bought 3 Jeeps from them over the years. I will never go anywhere else. See Laura in sales for your next Jeep!!

The service folks at Bergey's CDJR are the best! They truly listen to you and do their level best to resolve your vehicle issues at a fast pace, so you're back on the road and back to normalcy. I've been taking my 2018 Jeep Compass there for several years and I fully intend to continue into the future. Keep up the great work team!!!
