Bergey's Collision Centers

At Bergey's collision the staff is very helpful and professional. They checked out the damage to car and total the car. The car was stolen and wreck. Good place to take your car if you had an accident.

I strongly do not recommend this body shop...I got my MKZ repaired a rear bumper from this shop, and they fixed it very badly. On right side, the bumper is misaligned and there is a huge gap between a trunk and bumper. I'll post pictures and please compare two different sides. The worst part is they asked me fit my schedule to their schedule, because they don't have a loaner this week. There is an Enterprise across a street and they are a business partner of this shop. Simply put, they just don't want to spend money. I plan to sell my car in a few days, my schedule is very limited. If I newly make an appointment for repairing, I will definitely drop off car based on their schedule.

I believe that this business is very unorganized. It took 3 weeks close to 4 from when my accident happened to get my car into the shop. Once my car was close to being finished the estimator Ryan Arnold reached out and said they were requesting additional money from my insurance (which was fine) they called back saying the vehicle was complete but they needed MORE money from my insurance. I needed my vehicle and they were unable to lend me a loaner so i told them they needed to allow me to pay my deductible and get my vehicle and that statefarm and them could work it out without me. It was a great experience. They were friendly and helpful. The receptionist was helpful with Enterprise car rental, who they work with. The repair was done well ,no complaints.

Had collision repairs completed, they installed a bad AC condenser they're telling me it's covered under warranty but I need to pay over $600 in labor charges that was already paid for the first time when it was installed. I have nothing but problems with Ryan he was rude to me the very first time on the phone when I complained about a tailgate plate missing, all I wanted was to have that missing plate added to my vehicle. Nothing to get rude over! I will never use this location again. I bought 3 cars from Bergeys and the third one was 3 weeks ago. I give them my business but they give me a hard time every time. There's a lot more to this story that I didn't tell you what they done to my car.
