The process of purchasing a used truck was great. The truck is exactly what I have been looking for and we agreed to an acceptable price. My only disappointment is that I was not informed until after placing a deposit that the title to the vehicle had not been received from the entity they purchased it from and I still have not been able to finalize paperwork or take possession of the truck. While not a dealbreaker, clearer communication would have tempered my expectations.

Nick DiLarso at bergey Dodge was great! I really had a fantastic five star experience with my most recent Lexus purchase. After paging through online products of the type of car I wanted I located a Bergey listing online at a great price. Nick was one of maybe 10 sales people that I spoke with. He was the most helpful, and very personable. He made sure to follow up with the whole process, and everything from start to finish was awesome After a week of due diligence and no success I reached out to Nick with a text at 9pm. I asked him to call me in the morning. I was really surprised that he responded that evening and it was his day off..
