If you don’t want to be screwed over, avoid this place when purchasing a used car! We purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot about 3 months ago. From the get go, it was having a bad vibration noise from under the hood during acceleration (engine bay, trans area). Took it to my mechanic who said first, that one of the controls arms was bad and shouldn’t have even passed inspection to begin with. Took it back to Bergeys to get it replaced. The noise still being persistent, we took it back 2 times where they said “the noise isn’t there anymore” when indeed it is, and I’ve provided video proof of it being there! I was told by the service advisor jack that “he’s not a Honda guy, so take it to Honda” . Shouldn’t a mechanic be well versed in ALL vechiles?? Took it to Honda, who “couldn’t figure out the iss

My son (car buyer) and husband drove up to PA from Frederick with their eyes on a specific used car advertised with Bergey's. A long way to go, so fingers were crossed for all the stars and moons to align for it to all work out. Not only was the car exactly what he wanted; Owen, the sales rep, and Jordan in Finance, could not have been nicer to deal with! From the look and feel of the dealership, to the personal interaction and kindness exhibited by all of the staff, to their honest communication and friendliness and fair negotiations, I highly recommend Bergey's for your next car purchase. Horrible experience. Confirmed appt. two hours before I planned to be there. Car I was interested in was sold two days ago. Drove 40 minutes for nothing. This dealership needs to learn how to communicate not only with each other, but more importantly with the customer

Friendly staff. Jack explained everything well. Work that was done is great as well. Had my head gasket replaced and transfer case leak fixed as well.
