Just so thankful that the Lord Jesus led me here safe to get my truck fixed from Tyson foods.

Avoid Bergey’s Truck Service – Slow, Dishonest, and Unreliable! I highly regret taking my truck to Bergey’s Truck Service. Their shop is incredibly slow, and they are far from honest about their work. My truck was there for over two months the first time, and despite my repeated calls every 3-4 days, I kept getting the same response: "We’re waiting on parts." When they finally called me to say my truck was finished, I picked it up—only to have the check engine light come on just 50 miles down the road. To make matters worse, most of the issues I originally brought it in for were never even fixed! They only addressed the bunk heater and passenger window, but they completely ignored: Alignment (not done at all) Hood latches (left unfixed) Driver’s seat (still broken) I had no choice bu

Very nice service department no like the others but try the fixed right and no over pay that is nice other things no charge nothing extra no acectect America express.

I highly recommend speaking to Chuck and Chelsea over at the service department. They have been very helpful and supportive of our needs even when we were late for our appointments. This dealer definitely has met our expectations and beyond. Also, our drivers always compliment this location’s amenities and wait room.

A total ripoff, they keep throwing parts on the trucks at customer’s expense. If they tell u truck will be done at certain time, be sure that means they will work on it at that time. Keep watching the estimates they sending they will double charge and extra charge for work that not been done. Good luck if you have a truck here and if you want to reach someone in service department ( a total mess)
