A simple tire check visit could have went left simply because of John in service who didn't practice good customer service. A white man who arrived moments after me was serviced BEFORE me, a black woman, without even asking who's first and who need to be helped. He took one look at me, another look at the white man, and John just assumed the white man was first and greeted him, never greeting me. Not to mention, my car was actually pulled into the bay. This is my third but LAST service at Berglund Automotive group.

Buddy Davis and Jeremy McCoy went above and beyond and got me into the car of my dreams. It took hard work and dedication of working and building my credit for a year and a half.. it’s near perfect credit got me this car it is amazing!
