This is not something I do often or take any pleasure in, but I feel the staff at Bergstrom have left me with no choice but to voice my opinion regarding my experience with the dealer, in hopes of cautioning other potential buyers. About three weeks ago I reached out to the dealer regarding an Audi I have been hunting for many months.
