Shout out to Trevor Gutzdorf at Bergstrom Collision Center! My car was 6 months new & I get rear ended on my way to work….that sucked. Trevor really advocated for his customer. Trevor made sure I was in a car while mine was being fixed, he kept me updated on the repairs, and my car looks just like when I drove it off the lot. The Bergstrom organization is doing something right! Customer service is not dead. Their folks are knowledgeable, helpful, and sooooo nice….from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I rarely give a five star review, but honestly I would give this facility 10 stars if I could. Customer service is such a thing of the past, but I experienced genuine customer care during a recent visit to the Bergstrom Body shop. I needed some body work done on my car, and they got me in immediately despite a holiday, gave me a very reasonable estimate and once approved ordered parts got them in quickly and finished the work in 48 hours! It was absolutely amazing, and the work was stellar. I could not tell there had ever been damage. The paint matched perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. All of the reps I worked with were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend!

This post is LONG overdue. In June, my family and I visited Wisconsin from Columbus, OH. We had the best time on our vacation. On our last night, while driving back, we hit a deer. Long story short, we had to get our car towed and it was sent to Bergstrom. This originally was a high stress situation because we were in a different state and figuring out what to do with our car was challenging. Bergstrom Collision on Washurn St, Oshkosh, WI is remarkable. Trevor Gutzdorf made the process of repairing my Lexus RX350 go smoothly and quickly. Trevor handed all the pics and estimate directly to our insurance company. When I saw my vehicle, it looked brand new! Great professorial people and great workmanship.

My car was recently having issues with the brakes, leaving me unable to drive it safely. Trevor and Sunny were very nice and helped me get it towed. They also set me up with a car to use in the meantime. Very pleasant customer service!
