Berkeley Ford Service

Five stars to the advisor. However, this is the second time, in a row, where I have picked up my car and there have been oil hand prints on it. Vehicle is white, so you can see them pretty clearly. Service is great, just slightly inconvenient

My granddaughter purchase a vehicle with cash from Berkeley Ford. Forty days later the car engine blew out. What was strange the oil light nor, check engine light came on, no knockikng sound. It just suddently slowed to 25 miles and hour and stopped working. She only ended up driving the car about 25 days because of previous issues. As a matter of fact two weeks after purchasing the car she found out the alternator was bad. A week after that the car stopped again she exchanged the alternator. Car stopped two days later and needed a new battery. She called Berkely Ford about alternator and then again when the engine blew out .The only response she got was if you buy a $5000 car with 189000 miles what do you expect. I expect to get a decent car. Then when I called and let them know it was

It is a chore to get a response or follow up from this department. The only way to make any forward progress in my experience has been to reach out directly to a manager. I have had services provided under warranty and my service provider can't ever remember what we have and have not done or what he has or has not ordered. I do NOT recommend this service department and if you have convenient access to another service department then definitely go there. This place is frustrating and they don't seem to care about the customer in the slightest.

My nearly 20 year old F350 dually, suddenly stopped running. I had it towed to Berkeley Ford. They were thorough and quick, considering that there was a lot wrong. Service representative Jennifer Pitbladdo was in contact almost daily as they discovered what was wrong. Very professional. Got it fixed!

Samantha was amazing during my service! She took care of every question and issue I had with pleasure. All communication was professional and kind. Even on a day with staffing issues where you could tell it’d been a LONG day; she was professional, caring, and served with a smile. Thanks Sam, and Berkeley Ford!
