Our family was traveling when our alternator died on us. Toddler; Dog & Camper in tow. They diagnosed us and had us back on the road with in two hours. Wait room was comfortable with toys for the little one and coffee for the adults. Absolutely blessed we happen to be taken care of by the gentleman there! Highly recommend!

I wish I could give more stars because this is the best repair shop in existence. They are the kindest, funniest, most thoughtful, and caring group of people. After spending years of being overcharged for unnecessary work at other shops throughout the Fairfield County area, I had lost all faith in repair shops. Until I found Berkshire Motors; they are one of the last true hometown shops where quality of work and fairness in pricing is "King". This are always honest and their rates are beyond fair. I personally want to take a few seconds to extend my greatest Thanks to Jim and the technicians at Berkshire Motors in Sandy hook Ct. My wife was on a solo vacation/road trip from Pa to Ct when she experienced mechanical issues with her precious Mini Cooper S. Not being from the area and being so far from home her hands were tied. Anyone that has ever owned a Mini knows how difficult and expensive it could be to find someone to work on them, let alone work on them correctly. Luckily, through a google search, 4 minutes away way was Berkshire. After a quick conversation, she was able to limp the car to their location. Almost immediately they were able to get the car in, speak with me about the needed repairs and commit to getting her back on the road. Price was right, service was incredible

Wonderful experience with Berkshire Motors. Heard a noise while driving Philly to Boston Friday afternoon, and worried we wouldn’t make it safely, and might have to search for a shop and appointment over the weekend instead of continuing our trip. Mechanic took a quick look, found a simple fix, and got us in the road again in 10 minutes (never even had an appointment). They’ll never know how much their help meant to us. Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. The guys were super nice funny and welcoming. Broke down on the highway traveling from MA to PA. Broke down in Connecticut and was able to have AAA tow it to these guys. AAA approved shop even the driver was awesome. Was diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours and we’re back on the road to make our funeral service in time. Absolutely outstanding service wish these guys were local id come here for every issue. Honest and quick and cost efficient what more could you ask for. Thank you guys so much.
