The exhaust diagnosis and remedy was fine, no criticism there. The 3.5% credit card surcharge, without previous disclosure, is not fine. The costs of these services are not trivial, and almost always will be paid by credit card. To then tack a 3.5% fee onto just about everyone, without disclosure, is unreasonable. I have seen these undisclosed credit card fees at other local businesses, and each time I have determined never to give them my business again.

First time I went it was great had them do some exaust work and break lines on my truck and was thrilled with the service and results. When I got my new car I figured I'd go back, made a appointment went early In the morning and the tall skinny guy was just in the worst mood couldn't ask him for questions or advice without getting some sort of attitude, so was already on edge with what it was going to sound like long story short it sounded horrible witch was on me but I feel like it could've been prevented if they guy just talked to me. After all I have given them a lot of business Maybe it will be better for you but I personally will not be coming back

Excellent experience every time !!!! We bring ALL of our exhaust work to them!! Very affordable and honest. More about the service than the money. Keep up the good work guys!!

They got my vehicle in quickly and also fixed it within a half hour. Very polite and reasonable. Will recommend and go back in the future.

My Sentra was getting loud. These guys offered a same day appointment and fixed it in a half hour. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable waiting room. Friendly people. Will be coming back
