I can only wish other dealerships were this good. Their integrity, professionalism and customer-centric approach is so refreshing. As a company driver I’ve needed to stop at other Freightliner locations around the country and can say my repair experience with Berman was far and away the best I’ve ever had. Wish others were even close to their level of service.

Ron is my guy! Always on point! I bring things in and he matches it even without having to call PACCAR aka Kenworth so it’s really nice and I appreciate that so much!! If they don’t have it, they refer me to Putt Brothers who also is exceptionally helpful. Thank you for being good people in this world!

Was in a real pickle when I pulled into town with a serious def pump issue. Even in a time crunch Adam the service writer and The Tech Destiny were able to get me in and out in a jiffy! I can’t believe we were able to get squeezed in on a Saturday after calling the morning of and able to make my appt on time. Super knowledgeable and caring group. A million thank yous!!! As an Owner Operator, it’s tough letting just anyone work on your truck. Highly recommend :)
